Gerhard M. Schertzer
Gerhard M. Schertzer practices Intellectual Property Law, Corporate and Family Law. Gerhard holds a Juris Doctor Degree (JD). He is a graduate of The University of Toronto where he received an Honours Bachelor of Science degree in Physical and Chemical Science. . He subsequently received his Bachelor of Laws degree
from the University of Windsor and was called to the bar in
Toronto in 1978. He opened his first practice in partnership with
a classmate in Toronto, with the primary emphasis on Corporate, Commercial, Real Estate, Wills and Estate Planning and has continued that emphasis to the present date. Gerhard is married and has two children.
BEN FINCH
Ben has been practicing law in Toronto, since his call to the bar in 1979, first as an associate and then as a partner in a medium sized Toronto law firm. The emphasis of his general practice has been residential and commercial real estate, particularly mortgages, foreclosure and powers of sale, will and estates and corporate law. Ben is currently teaching law at a Community College and conducts a course offered through Toronto Parks and Recreation, entitled "Purchasing a Home." He is President of the St. George's Home and School Association and the Secretary of the Audio Tactile Network, a non-profit computer training group. Ben is married and has two children.
Alex Kelly
Alex was born and raised in Toronto. He attended the University of Guelph where he obtained an honours degree in Bachelor of Computing with a Co-op specialization. Post-graduation he lived in Ireland for eight months, before getting his Bachelor of Laws degree from the University of Western Ontario. He articled at Schertzer Law & Kilpatrick before being called to the bar in 2002.
